English: We started on a new text - Canoe's Diary. Pupils are exposed to a different type of text apart from the usual narrative text. Some of the terms we introduced were:
- haul
- hang aroudn
- The footsteps headed off into the night
Mathematics: We have embarked on the topic of Factors and Multiples. Today, the pupils were mainly involved in listing factors given a number. Tomorrow, we will be proceeding to find common factors given two numbers.

The magazines were developed by fellow mathematicians to make Mathematics fun for the pupils! At P4, the magazines will also focus on problem-solving skills. Pupils are strongly encouraged to subscribe to these magazines and to practise on the problems during their free time.
